Fresh View Construction recently finished my composite deck! Jose and his crew did a fantastic job building a new awning attached to the front of my house! I provided him a photo of an example of what I was looking for, and he worked with me to design the awning to my desired dimensions, location, and specifications.
The project involved removing siding and sheathing, installing blocking within the stud cavities to serve as attachment points for the brackets, replacing the insulation, sheathing, and WRB, building custom cedar support brackets, installing tongue-and groove decking, installing flashing, ice & water shield, roofing, and fascia boards, and reinstalling the siding.
Overall it turned out exactly as I had envisioned and Jose's pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend considering Fresh View for your project!
